Overview
Branding gives your event its own unique look and feel, which can be aligned to your company or event style. Goldcast gives deep customization options, from colors, images, fonts, and much more.
Navigating to the Branding Page
To update your event branding, open your event and click the Branding tab on the left side menu.
Branding Page Setup
On the left side of this page is the list of all the customization options. On the right side is the preview window, where you can see how your branding choices will look in your event. These screens are representative of the theming across multiple Goldcast pages. For example, the registartion page uses the same theming as the event landing page for your event.
The Stage is what your event sessions will look like.
Event tabs will each have similar style, including the following pages: People, Speakers, Agenda, Rooms, Booths, and additional tabs.
Previewing and Saving Your Changes
After you have made any change on the Branding page, check your changes in the Preview Window and confirm the appearance of both the Desktop and Mobile views. You can do so by selecting the Preview icons at the bottom of the page.
Remember to select the Publish button when you are satisfied with your changes.
Note: If you do not click Publish, your changes will not be displayed on your event.

There are four sections of customization options: overall Branding Settings, Event Landing options, Stage options, and Video Production elements.

Button & Card Color
Note: The Secondary Color option for buttons is no longer available. Moving forward, buttons will share the same color as the Stage Screensaver. However, events created with a secondary color prior to this update will remain unchanged.
Choose a button color and a font color. The button & card color will appear on main buttons or CTAs and the selected item in the navigation bars. It will also be the background color of any placeholder slides, Q&A questions, and polls that you publish to the stage, as well as popups and modals. (Buttons inside popups and modals will use the reverse button & font colors.)
We recommend choosing a font color that pops on the button color, and a button color that will have high visibility against the background images or colors you choose.
By default, screensavers or shared media backgrounds will have the same color as button background color. You may choose a different setting for screensaver by unchecking "Screensaver color same as button color" and selecting the respective color for screensaver background and screensaver text.
Social Media Thumbnail
Upload an image you want to display as the thumbnail image when you share your registration page URL. Click Upload Image and select an image file from your computer.
When you share your registration page URL on other sites (like LinkedIn, for example) this image will show up in your post.
NOTE: This may take up to an hour to change, depending on the site you are posting the URL to. You can confirm the thumbnail upload worked successfully by pasting your registration URL here: LinkedIn Post Inspector
