To present content including pre-recorded videos and slide decks during your live and Prerecorded event sessions or to display videos in Booths, you will need to upload content to your Library.
First, navigate to the Library section from your admin homepage. Here you will view Video librarry and Slides subtabs.
Uploading Videos
To upload a video, from the video library tab, click "Upload Video".
Then click "Select Files to Upload".
Select an mp4 file and click "Open".
Then click "Upload".
The page will refresh and your new video will appear in your video list based on the sort option selected and you will see a success message. By default the video lists created latest appear on the top.
This video will now be processed. It will say "Processing..." until it is ready to be attached to a session. When "Processing..." changes to the video length, your video is ready!
You can click on the video card to play back the video to ensure you have uploaded the correct file.
If your uploaded video fails to process, you will see a Reprocess CTA and can try to process it again.Until processed, video preview will not be available.
Uploading Slides
To upload slides, click the "Slides" tab in your Library. Then click "Upload a .pdf file".
Select a PDF file and then click "Open".
Now click "Upload".
You will see a "success" message in the bottom left corner of the screen, and the file you uploaded will appear in the list.By default, slides are sorted by latest created date and you should see your slides at top of the list.
To cross check the uploaded slide, click on the card.The slides preview will open in a new tab.
Managing your Video or Slide Assets
Video library also allows you to view, update and search your existing video or slide assets.
- By default all your videos, slides will appear in a list view. You can also choose to view them in the Grid view.
To view update options for any video or slide, click on the three dots icon on the card.
For Slides, you will see options to rename, download or delete the file.
- You will see options to rename your video file, preview the file or delete it.You will also see a download option here.
- You can custom sort the video or slides list by created date, updated date or Name. By default, videos or slides are sorted by latest created date.There is also a search option available on top to look for videos or Slides by Name.
