Overview
Copy and share a speaker or staff person's event magic link with them from inside the event itself - no need to go to the Goldcast Studio.
Prerequisites
You must have access to the session's backstage area to access the speaker and staff members' magic links.
How to copy and share a magic link
Step #1: Enter the session
Open the event and complete your tech check. In an event with only one session, you will automatically land in the backstage area.
In an event with more than one session, you will land on the agenda. Click “Go backstage” on the session you want to enter.
Step #2: Locate the speaker or staff person's magic link
Locate the speaker or staff person's name in the backstage area in the bottom right corner of the screen. Click the three dots next to the speaker's name.
Step #3: Copy the magic link
Click “Copy magic link” - the magic link will be saved to your clipboard. You can now send the magic link to your speaker or staff via email, Slack, Teams, etc.
