Goldcast makes it easy for event organizers to view and download registrant data using the Pre-event Analytics dashboard. This dashboard helps you track and monitor key KPIs and metrics, such as daily registration count, registrant details, company, domain, title, email, etc. Besides viewing these metrics in Goldcast, you can also export it as a PDF or CSV to share with your team and other colleagues, as needed.
Pre-Event Analytics Dashboard
The Pre-Event Analytics dashboard provides access to data before an event takes place. For example, you can see who has registered for your event in real time. This data is also available after the event, allowing you to see the entire registration timeline for your event.
To access the data, follow these steps:
- Login to Goldcast Studio with your credentials, and select the Events tab to get a list of all your events.
- From the Events list, click the event for which you want to view the pre-event data.
- Click Analytics on the menu on the left side of the screen.
Click Pre-Event, this tab displays the information about the daily registration count, event registrant details, registrants by company, event registrants by domain, and users by title.
