Turn on attendee mode
Event organizers can follow these steps to view the event in attendee mode:
- Login to Goldcast using your credentials.
- Click the hamburger
icon on the top left and select the Events tab to get a list of all your events.
- From the events list, select your preferred event.
- Select Event Space on the left navigation panel to enter your event. Alternatively, you can also click the Enter Event button in the Event dashboard.
- Once inside the event, click your avatar in the top right corner to open the profile menu.
- Turn on the toggle See Attendee View and click Switch in the popup in the bottom left corner of the screen.
After you click Switch, the entire page reloads in attendee mode. You can quickly tell if you’re in attendee mode, as the screen has a red border stating Attendee Mode. You can also notice the Attendee tag next to your avatar on the top right of the screen.
While in attendee mode
When you’re in attendee mode, you can view your events as your audience will. However, there are a few differences.

Leaving Attendee Mode
Follow these steps to switch back to organizer mode from the attendee mode:
- Click your avatar in the top right corner of the screen and click the Turn off Attendee Mode toggle.
- Click the Switch button in the popup in the bottom left corner of the screen.
You’ll now return to the Organizer mode and have access to all the regular organizer actions.
Note: Remember to turn off the attendee mode before you close Goldcast to avoid any confusion the next time you access the event.
