Video Registration Details

  • Registration
  • Daily Video View
  • Daily Video Engagement
    • For Marketo/ Salesforce, enter your Program/Campaign ID
  • Click Save.

Using the Data

You can use the synced engagement data to:

  • Trigger automated workflows
  • Launch smart campaigns
  • Build targeted engagement reports
  • Filter and segment audiences

All synced activity data can be used in your CRM or marketing automation platform as filters or triggers for segmentation and campaign logic.

IMPORTANT

For Video Hub data to sync with Marketo:

  • A new Custom Activity template “Goldcast Engagement Activity” will be created in your Marketo instance
  • Your Marketo must have an available Custom Activity Slot
  • Without an available slot, Video Hub data won't sync to Marketo
  • This new activity will eventually replace older Goldcast event sync activities (no timeline for sunset yet)

Heads up! If syncing fails in Marketo due to a full Custom Activity slot, clear a slot and re-authenticate your integration to resume syncing.
