Introduction
Brand Kits allow you to define your logos, colors, typography, design elements, photography, button styles, and brand voice in one place. Goldcast’s AI agents then use these kits to generate branded registration pages and stage designs that align with your company’s identity. These brand kits can also be used to access your brand assets within your Registration Page and Stage (Look & Feel) builder while manually editing these assets.
How To Access On Goldcast Studio Platform
Platform Panel → Brand Kits → Create Brand Kit

Important: Content Lab Brand Kit
The existing Brand Kit within Content Lab is still available and has not been deprecated. We are currently working on a plan to unify both experiences.
In the future, the Content Lab Brand Kit will be migrated into this new Brand Kits experience. There will be a single organization-level Brand Kit that can be used across Events, Pages, Recording Studio, and Content Lab. This will create a more streamlined and centralized branding system across the platform.
Step-by-Step Guide to Creating a Brand Kit
When creating a Brand Kit, you have two options:
Option 1: Use Brand Guidelines PDF
If you already have a brand guidelines document, you can upload the PDF to automatically extract key branding elements. This PDF helps you get a head start instead of building everything from scratch.
Goldcast currently detects and extracts:
- Brand Colors, such as Primary palette, Secondary palette, and Neutral palette
- Brand Voice
Once extracted, you can review and edit the details and manually add any additional elements.
This option is ideal if you have a formal brand guide and want to accelerate setup.

Option 2: Fill Details Manually
If you prefer to configure everything yourself, choose Fill Details Manually. This opens a form where you can directly input and upload all brand elements.

Elements of a Brand Kit
A Brand Kit consists of the following components:
1. Logos
Upload your brand logos for use across registration pages and event experiences.
2. Brand Colors
Define your brand color system, organized into:
- Primary Palette
- Secondary Palette
- Neutral Palette
These colors are used to generate branded UI elements across your event experience.
3. Typography
You can configure your brand fonts using one of the following options:
Supported Fonts (Out of the Box)

- Serve as supporting visual elements across registration pages and event experiences.
We recommend using high-resolution images aligned with your brand guidelines.
5. Design Elements
Design elements include:
- Patterns
- Gradients

Button styles help maintain visual consistency across registration pages and event interfaces.
7. Brand Voice & Messaging
This section defines your brand’s tone, personality, and messaging style. It plays a critical role in AI-generated content. When you create an AI-powered registration page and opt in for AI copy generation, Goldcast uses this input to:
- Understand how your brand communicates
- Emulate your tone and voice
- Generate copy aligned with your brand personality
Providing detailed guidance here ensures more accurate AI-generated messaging.
Use Cases for Brand Kits
Brand Kits are designed to support both AI-powered and manual branding workflows.
1. AI-Powered Registration Pages & Stage Design
One of the primary use cases is AI-powered generation of registration pages and stage look and feel.
When you create an event using AI:
- The AI agent references your Brand Kit for context.
- It automatically applies your logos, colors, typography, design elements, and brand voice.
- It generates branded layouts and copy aligned with your identity.
This means you don’t have to start from scratch. Instead, you get a strong, on-brand starting point that you can refine and build upon.

2. Manual Editing & Branding Within Builders
Brand Kits are also available when you manually:
- Edit a registration page
- Create or update the stage look and feel
While working inside the builder, you’ll have access to your Brand Kit elements (colors, fonts, imagery, and so on), making it easy to apply consistent branding without re-uploading assets every time.
This ensures brand consistency even in fully manual workflows.
Accessing Brand Kit elements within Registration Page
You can select the appropriate Brand Kit from the Styles tab on the Registration page. Once selected, your brand images and colors will be available within the builder.

Accessing Brand Kit elements within Stage (Look & Feel)
You can select the appropriate Brand Kit from the Brand Kit option within Stage (Look & Feel). Once selected, your brand images and colors will be available within the builder.

3. Multiple Brand Kits for Different Event Needs
You can create multiple Brand Kits within your organization.
For example:
- A standard Brand Kit that you use across most events.
- Additional bespoke Brand Kits tailored for:
- Special campaigns
- Sub-brands
- Partner events
- Themed event series
This flexibility allows you to maintain both consistency and creative variation where needed.
Best Practices
- Upload a brand guidelines PDF if available to speed up setup.
- Use high-quality, brand-approved imagery.
- Provide detailed brand voice guidance for better AI-generated copy.
- Upload all required font weights if using custom typography.
- Keep your Brand Kit updated as your branding evolves.
