Introduction

Goldcast now makes it easier for organizers to maintain consistent branding and streamline workflows with a new option to download email templates as HTML files. This option is available across all places where templates are listed inside the Email section, including:

• Events (Webinars & Conferences)
• Series
• Repeating Events
• Templates Library

With the Download HTML button, organizers can export customized templates directly from Goldcast. All edits are preserved, tokens remain intact, and the exported file is ready to be uploaded into external systems such as Marketo or HubSpot. By reducing manual effort and avoiding duplication of work, this update empowers teams to keep email communications consistent across channels while saving valuable time.

Step-by-Step Guide

Download HTML in Events (Webinars & Conferences)

The following are the steps to download email templates as HTML files in events:

1. Log in to the Goldcast Studio platform.
2. Navigate to the Events module.

3. Open the desired event.
4. Go to the Email section → Templates.
5. Hover over the desired email template.
6. Click Download HTML. The HTML file will download to your system.

Note

To download the HTML file for Repeating Events, select the Only Repeating Events option from the filter dropdown and follow the steps outlined above.

 

Download HTML in Templates Library

The following are the steps to download email templates as HTML files in templates:

1. Navigate to the Templates module.

2. Open the desired template.
3. Go to the Email section → Templates.
4. Hover over the desired template.
5. Click Download HTML. The HTML file will download to your system.
