Deleting Users from Registrants List

Event organizers can delete attendees from an event at any time. A deleted attendee can re-register for the event using the email ID they previously used. This is not possible when you ban attendees.

Follow these steps to delete attendees from an event registration list:

  1. Log in to Goldcast Studio with your credentials and open your preferred event. 
  2. Once on the event dashboard, click Registration → Registrants on the left side panel. This page displays all the registrants for the current event. 

     
  3. Select the registrant(s) you wish to remove by clicking the checkbox next to their name.
  4. Click the Delete button at the top of the table. 
  5. Click Delete to confirm your action. 

     

Note

  • You can only delete attendees. Organizers, Speakers, and Sponsors cannot be deleted.
  • Registrants removed from an event will no longer receive emails once deleted.
