Event organizers can delete attendees from an event at any time. A deleted attendee can re-register for the event using the email ID they previously used. This is not possible when you ban attendees.
Follow these steps to delete attendees from an event registration list:
- Log in to Goldcast Studio with your credentials and open your preferred event.
- Once on the event dashboard, click Registration → Registrants on the left side panel. This page displays all the registrants for the current event.
- Select the registrant(s) you wish to remove by clicking the checkbox next to their name.
- Click the Delete button at the top of the table.
- Click Delete to confirm your action.
Note
- You can only delete attendees. Organizers, Speakers, and Sponsors cannot be deleted.
- Registrants removed from an event will no longer receive emails once deleted.
