Event organizers can delete attendees from an event at any time. An attendee who is deleted can be re-registered (this is not possible when you ban attendees).
Follow these steps to delete attendees from an event registration list:
- Log in to Goldcast Studio with your credentials.
- Click the hamburger icon
on the top left, and select the Events tab to get a list of all your events.
- From the Events list, click the event you want to edit.
- Navigate to Registration --> Registrants. The Registrants page displays the list of registrants.
- Select the registrants you wish to remove by clicking the checkbox next to their name.
- Click Delete Registrants. The Are you sure you want to delete these registrants? window appears to confirm your action.
- Click Delete.
To Note
- Only attendees can be deleted from the event, and those users will be able to register again.
- Organizers, Speakers, and Sponsors cannot be deleted.
- Registrants removed from an event will no longer receive emails once deleted.
