Deleting Users from Registrants List

Event organizers can delete attendees from an event at any time. A deleted attendee can re-register for the event using the same email id they used previously. This is not possible when you ban attendees.

Follow these steps to delete attendees from an event registration list:

  1. Log in to Goldcast Studio with your credentials.
  2. Click the hamburger icon on the top left and select the Events tab to get a list of all your events.
  3. From the Events list, click the event you want to edit.
  4. Click Registration → Registrants on the left side panel. This page displays all the registrants for the current event. 
  5. Select the registrant(s) you wish to remove by clicking the checkbox next to their name.
  6. Click the Delete button at the top of the table. 
  7. Click Delete to confirm your action. 

Note

  • You can only delete attendees. Organizers, Speakers, and Sponsors cannot be deleted.
  • Registrants removed from an event will no longer receive emails once deleted.
