Introduction
AI-powered Event Asset Creation allows you to generate branded registration pages and stage designs instantly using your Brand Kit—without relying on static templates. Many teams currently use templates to preserve branding across events. While templates help maintain consistency, they can also result in:
- Events look visually similar.
- Limited flexibility for bespoke or campaign-specific branding.
- The need to create new templates for every major variation.
With AI Agents and Brand Kits, you can now:
- Spin up branded event assets in minutes.
- Avoid starting from scratch.
- Maintain brand consistency.
- Create bespoke event experiences without building new templates.
Instead of cloning templates, the AI uses your Brand Kit to dynamically generate branded assets tailored to your specific event.

AI-powered creation is currently available for:
- Event Registration Pages
- Stage Look & Feel
You can use this feature at:
- The Template level
- The Event level
AI-Powered Registration Page
Step-by-Step Guide to Creating an AI-Powered Registration Page
To generate a registration page using AI:
- Open the Event Registration Page Builder.
- In the left-hand menu, click AI Design.
This launches a guided, three-step process.

Step 1: Select Your Brand Kit
First, select the Brand Kit you want to use.
- If you haven’t created one yet, create a Brand Kit first.
- If you already have one, select it from the dropdown.
The AI will use this Brand Kit to understand:
- Your logos
- Brand colors (primary, secondary, neutral)
- Typography
- Design elements
- Photography
- Button styles
- Brand voice & messaging
This provides the foundational context for generating your page.

Step 2: Choose AI Copy Generation
Next, decide whether to enable AI copy generation.
If you opt in:
- The AI generates custom copy for blocks that don’t already have event-specific content.
- It pulls exclusively from your Brand Kit’s brand voice and messaging.
- It emulates your tone, personality, and communication style.
If you opt out:
- The page will contain placeholder text.
- You can manually add your own copy later.
This option ensures flexibility depending on whether you want AI-assisted writing or full manual control.

Step 3: Customize Your Layout (Optional)
This step allows you to give the AI additional instructions about your goals.
You can:
- Provide your own custom prompt.
- Use pre-built recipes.
What Are Recipes?
Recipes are pre-written prompts designed to optimize your registration page for specific outcomes.
For example:
- Prioritizing registrations (form above the fold).
- Highlighting speakers prominently.
- Focusing on agenda details.
- Driving urgency or conversions.
When you click a recipe:
- It automatically populates the prompt box.
- You can edit it before proceeding.
You can also skip this step if you prefer.

How the AI Builds Your Registration Page
When you click Create Page, the AI processes your inputs and performs the following steps:
1. Structure Creation
The AI determines which content blocks to use based on:
- Your event details
- Your selected recipe (if any)
- The intended goal of the page
It defines the overall structure of the page before adding content.
2. Copy Generation (If Enabled)
If AI copy generation is turned on:
- The AI writes tailored copy for relevant sections.
- It aligns messaging with your Brand Voice.
- It avoids generic messaging by grounding content in your brand guidance.
3. Visual Style Selection
As the final step, the AI generates two Visual Styles for you to preview in real time:
I. Balanced
- Neutral and minimalistic.
- Subtle use of branding.
- Clean, modern design.
II. Emphasized
- More expressive and branded.
- Uses your brand colors, photography, and design elements more prominently.
- Designed to create a bold visual impact.
The system balances:
- Aesthetic appeal.
- Brand accuracy.
- Text readability (especially when using background colors and images).
You can toggle between the two visual styles and preview them live.

Important: Choosing Your Visual Style
Once you select and apply a visual style, you cannot revert to the pre-selection state. Make sure to preview both visual styles carefully before applying.
After Applying the Visual Style
Once the page is generated and a visual style is applied:
- You can manually edit any section.
- You can refine layout, copy, and design.
- You can further optimize the page before publishing.
The AI gives you a strong starting point—then you retain full control.
AI-Powered Stage Look & Feel
In addition to registration pages, you can use AI Agents and Brand Kits to generate your Stage Look & Feel.
Similar to registration pages:
- The AI references your Brand Kit.
- It applies brand colors, typography, design elements, and visual identity.
- It generates a cohesive stage experience aligned with your event’s theme and branding.
This allows you to quickly produce on-brand stage designs without duplicating or rebuilding templates.
Step-by-Step Guide to Creating an AI-Powered Stage Look & Feel
The following are the steps to create an AI-powered stage look & feel:
- Navigate to your Event.
- Go to the Look and Feel section.
- Click Design with AI. Upon clicking this button, you’ll first be prompted to select a Brand Kit.

- Choose an existing Brand Kit from the dropdown. If you don’t see one, click Create a new one here and set it up.

- Once selected, click Generate.
The AI will begin processing your request.
How the AI Generates the Stage Design
Behind the scenes, the AI agent:
- Pulls branding context from your selected Brand Kit.
- Applies:
- Brand colors (primary, secondary, neutral)
- Typography
- Visual design elements (patterns, gradients, backgrounds)
- Ensures visual cohesion across the stage experience.
- Optimizes for readability and audience engagement.
The system prioritizes:
- Adherence to your brand guidelines.
- Visual appeal.
- Text readability and usability during live sessions.
Theme Selection
Once processing is complete, the AI generates three distinct stage themes.
You can:
- Toggle between all three options.
- Preview each variation in real time.
- Compare visual styles before making a selection.
Each theme follows your brand guidelines but may vary in layout emphasis, color application, and visual intensity.
Applying a Theme
After reviewing the options:
- Select the theme you prefer.
- Click Apply.
⚠️ Important
Once you apply a theme, you cannot return to the theme selection view for that generation cycle.
If you would like new variations, you can:
- Click Design with AI again.
- Regenerate a new set of themes.

After Applying the Theme
Once applied:
- You can continue refining the design manually.
- Use the Look & Feel Builder to adjust layouts, colors, and other elements.
- Make final customizations before saving.
The AI provides a branded starting point—while still giving you full creative control.
