1. Can I change my account email?
You cannot change the account email directly within Content Lab. However, if you encounter any issues with your old account or lose access, raise a ticket with your new email address to our support team (support@goldcast.io). Our technical team will help resolve the issue. However, this process can take 3 to 5 business days.
2. How do I change my profile name?
- Log into your Content Lab account and click the Profile icon on the top right.
- Click Settings.
- On the Users page, click the Edit button next to the user you want to modify.
- Click the Edit icons to modify the First Name, Last Name, and Title.
3. Why can’t I sign up for Content Lab?
We support only business/work emails for Content Lab sign-ups. If you’re using a personal email, you cannot complete the sign-up process.
4. Why can’t I receive the verification code on my email?
Check the spam folder. Double-check if you’ve entered the correct email address. Watch out for typos. Check your email settings to see if any filters might prevent emails from reaching your inbox.
If you’ve tried all the above and still can’t receive the code, contact our support team (support@goldcast.io) for help.
5. I forgot my password. What do I do?
No worries. Open https://admin.goldcast.io/content/auth/login on your browser and click Forgot Password. We’ll send you a code to reset your password. However, if you haven't verified your account by submitting the verification code sent to your email, you must contact Goldcast Support to reset your password and retrieve your account.

1. How does the free plan work?
When you sign up for Content Lab for the first time, you’ll automatically get 5 hours of video uploads for the first 30 days, after which you get 1 hour of upload every month.
2. Is the free plan truly free?
Absolutely! The Content Lab free plan is free to use indefinitely and has all features. However, there are certain limitations, such as a maximum upload limit of 1 hour per month and Goldcast branding in the outro.
3. How do I upgrade to a paid plan?
Click the Upgrade button in the product to move to a paid plan and enjoy more upload hours and other benefits.
4. How much does Content Lab cost?
