Introduction

To improve the reliability and scalability of our platform, Goldcast will be performing scheduled infrastructure maintenance for customers hosted in our EU environment.

Maintenance Window

Date: June 20, 2026
Start Time: 6:00 AM CEST
End Time: 4:00 PM CEST
Expected Duration: Up to 10 hours


What to Expect

During this maintenance window, customers hosted in the Goldcast EU environment may experience temporary interruptions when accessing Goldcast services.
This maintenance is being performed during a period when no customer events are currently scheduled in the EU environment.

We recommend that customers:
  • Avoid making changes to events, registrations, or content during the maintenance window.
  • Plan any event setup activities outside of the maintenance period.
  • Wait until maintenance is complete before reporting access issues related to the EU environment.

After Maintenance

Once the migration is complete, all services will resume normal operation. No action will be required from customers.
