Scheduled Maintenance Notice – Goldcast US Environment

Introduction

To improve the reliability and scalability of our platform, Goldcast will be performing scheduled infrastructure maintenance for customers hosted in our US environment.

Maintenance Window

Date: July 18, 2026
Time (US Eastern): 12:30 AM – 10:30 AM EDT
Expected Duration: Up to 10 hours


What to Expect

During the maintenance window, the Goldcast US environment will be fully unavailable. Customers will not be able to access or log in to the Goldcast platform until maintenance has been completed.

  • Complete any event setup, registrations, or content updates before the maintenance window begins.
  • Avoid scheduling platform activities during the maintenance window.
  • If you have a Goldcast registration form embedded on an external webpage, you will need to replace the embed code after the maintenance by visiting Goldcast Studio and copying the updated embed code. Contact gc.support@cvent.com if you need assistance.

After Maintenance

  • All Studio users will need to reset their password using the Forgot Password flow before logging in again.
  • Once you regain access, verify any embedded registration forms have been updated if applicable.
  • If you continue to experience issues after the maintenance window, please contact gc.support@cvent.com.
