Follow these steps if you’ve forgotten your Goldcast password or want to reset it:
- Go to https://admin.goldcast.io/auth/login and click Forgot Password.
- Enter your registered email address and click Next.
- You will receive an email with a secret code.
- Enter the secret code received in your email.
- If you didn’t receive the email, please check your spam folder and confirm that support@goldcast.io is allowed in your inbox.
- Enter your new password.
- Re-enter the new password for confirmation.
- Click Next.
Once you've successfully reset your Goldcast password, you'll be automatically redirected to Goldcast Studio.
Heads Up! You'll also receive an email confirmation stating your password has been reset.
