Customize Calendar Hold for Multi-Day/Multi-Session Events

Calendar invitations for events spanning multiple days or sessions currently block off the entire event duration from start to finish. 

However, we can configure this in the backend so that calendar invites are scheduled according to each session's scheduled start and finish times. To do this:

  1. Raise a support ticket by contacting us via email at support@goldcast.io or by initiating a live chat with our support team through the "?" icon in Studio. 
  2. Provide us with the name and ID of the event. 
  3. Let us know the duration of each session for which you require calendar holds and the subject line for each invitation. 

Please keep in mind that our team requires a minimum of 48 to 72 working hours to process your request. Therefore, we recommend that you submit your requests well in advance of your event.
