The Session Analytics dashboard provides in-depth insights into the activities of attendees in each session of your event. Use the metrics and KPIs on this dashboard to analyze attendee engagement, participant feedback, survey responses, and more. 

How to view session analytics

For Events

1. Login to Goldcast Studio, click the Events tab to open your preferred event.
2. Click Analytics → Session on the left side bar. 
3. From the Analytics dashboard, use the Broadcast dropdown to select the session for which you want to view session-level analytics data. 

 

 

For Webinars

1. Login to Goldcast Studio, click the Events tab to open your preferred webinar.
2. From the webinar dashboard, click the Analytics tab on the top. 
3. Next, click the Session sub-tab. 

This opens the Session Analytics dashboard. 

 

 

KPIs and metrics

Here are the various KPIs and metrics reported in this dashboard:

• Broadcast audience size by minute: This chart displays the number of viewers watching your session at each specific minute interval. 
• Total Audience size: Cumulative count of all unique attendees. 
• On-Demand Audience Size: Number of unique attendees who viewed the event in on-demand mode. 
• Number of Resource Clicks: Total count of the times attendees clicked the resources shared in the Resource tab in the event space. 
• Number of Questions Asked: Number of questions attendees submitted via the Q&A tab in the event space. 
• Number of Poll Responses: Total number of attendees who responded to a poll shared during the session. 
• Number of Survey Responses: Count of submitted surveys. 

Tabular Data

Attendee Activity

This table shows a detailed list of session activities for each attendee. It contains information on:

• Activity type, e.g., “Watched Live,” “Watched On Demand,” “Responded to Poll,” etc.  
• Activity Context
• Activity Data
• First and Last Name
• Email
• Activity Timestamp

Survey Details

This table displays detailed responses from the survey presented to the attendees during the session. Each survey respondent is identified by their Email. The other columns in this table represent the questions included in your survey.
