Engagement Analytics Dashboard

The Engagement Analytics dashboard provides a comprehensive view of all event engagement data.

Heads up! This data will be fully updated two hours after your event ends.

The platform needs this time to accurately comb through all the touchpoints attendees went through at the event. 

To access the data, follow these steps:

  1. Login to Goldcast Studio with your credentials. 
  2. Click the hamburger icon on the top left and select the Events tab to get a list of all your events.
  3. From the Events list, click the event for which you want to view the engagement data.
  4. Click on the Analytics Tab on the left side of the screen.
  5. Click on the Engagement sub-tab.


Event KPIs are displayed at the top of the dashboard, which includes information on:

  1. Event CTA Clicks
  2. Total Resource Clicks
  3. Total Polls Submitted
  4. Total Questions Asked
  5. Resource Click Distribution

Tabular Data

The Engagement Analytics dashboard also provides detailed information on the different types of attendee engagement activities in multiple tables. You can download this data in formats like PDF, CSV, or XLSX. 

The following data is displayed for each type of engagement:

  1. Event Call-to-Action Clicks: Email, First name, last name, Company and Title
  2. Userwise Poll Submission: Email, Session name, Poll Questions, Poll Responses
  3. Resource Click Data: Email, Name, Link
  4. Q&As: Email, Title, Question, Is Answered?, Typed Answer if Any
  5. Chat Messages: Email, Chat Message, Sent At
