Organization-level reports
At the organizational level, you can access three types of reports. To access these reports:
- Log in to Goldcast Studio with your credentials, and select the Reports tab on the leftmost panel.

Event-level analytics
Besides the high-level organizational reports, we offer granular and in-depth analytics for your events and webinars. To access this information:
For Events
- Log in to Goldcast Studio with your credentials, and select the Events tab to get a list of all your events and webinars.
- From the Events list, click the event you want to analyze to open the Event Dashboard.
- Next, click the Analytics tab on the left panel to view event-level analytics.

Things to know
- Analytics are fully updated two hours after your event ends.
- If your event is a multi-day event, the dashboard will update once the entire conference has ended. However, you may ping your Customer Success Manager (CSM) and ask them to push the data earlier.
