Goldcast Data and Analytics 

One of the unique advantages of using the Goldcast platform is the wealth of data you can gather from each event. You can access this data directly in Goldcast or sync it to third-party integrations.

At the organizational level, you can access two types of reports: 

  1. Cross-Event Reporting
  2. ROI Reporting

You can access these reports by following these steps: 

  1. Log in to Goldcast Studio with your credentials, and select the Reports tab to get a list of all available reports.                                               

If you want to get in-depth Analytics for each event, those can be found in the Analytics tab of your Event. You can access it by following these steps: 

  1. Log in to Goldcast Studio with your credentials, and select the Events tab to get a list of all your events.
  2. From the Events list, click the event you want to analyze.
  3. Next, click the Analytics tab on the left panel to view event-level analytics. This tab contains the following sub-sections:

Analytics are fully updated two hours after your event ends. However, there are two additional use cases to keep in mind:

  1. If your event is a multi-day event, the dashboard defaults to updating once the entire conference has ended. However, you may ping your Customer Success Manager and ask them to push this as needed. 
  2. If you are hosting on-demand content on Goldcast, you can ask your Customer Success Manager to push the data as needed; it will not push automatically.
