The Pre-Event Analytics dashboard is a powerful tool that provides real-time insights into registration data before and after your event goes live. For example, you can use this dashboard to track your event's daily registrations. This dashboard will also be available after the event to help you monitor and analyze the complete registration timeline.

Use this dashboard to:

  • Monitor pre-event registrations as they happen
  • Access registrant details before and after the event
  • Gain in-depth insights into registrant details such as company, role, etc. 

How to view pre-event analytics

For Events

  1. Login to Goldcast Studio with your credentials, and use the Events tab to open your preferred event. 
  2. From the event dashboard, click Analytics → Pre-Event using the left side tab. 
 
 

For Webinars

  1. Login to Goldcast Studio with your credentials, and use the Events tab to open your preferred event. 
  2. From the event dashboard, click the Analytics tab on the top and open the Pre-Event sub-tab. 
 
 

KPIs and metrics

The Pre-Event Analytics dashboard displays the following information:

  • Daily Registration Count: Use this chart to track the daily registrations and quickly view the cumulative registrations for each day. This chart helps you visualize registration trends and identify peak registration periods, thereby helping you understand the effectiveness of your promotional efforts. 
  • Event Registrant Details: Use this table to track event registrant details such as first and last name, email, company, title, country, date and time of registration, etc. 
  • Registrants by Company: This bar graph provides a breakdown of registrations by organization. Use it to identify employees from which companies are most interested in your event. 
  • Event Registration by Domain: This bar graph helps analyze registrations by email domains. 
  • User by Title: This bar graph breaks down registrations by attendee titles, helping you understand the professional composition of your audience and identify key decision-makers. 

Pro Tip: Click the download or the three dots icon next to each data chart/table to download the data as PDF, CSV, or XLSX.
