Content Lab automatically generates the transcript for your videos. However, there might be scenarios where you might notice a few errors in the transcript. No worries; correcting your transcript is easy and takes just a few clicks.
Let's dive into how to edit and correct your transcript in Content Lab:
- Log into Content Lab and open your preferred video.
- Navigate to the Recordings tab and review the transcript.
- Look for spelling, punctuation, and capitalization errors.
- Select the corresponding word(s) and click Correct in the pop-up menu.
- Click Correct to change the single occurrence or Correct All to change all occurrences of the word in the transcript.
- To remove an entire portion from the transcript, select it and click Delete in the pop-up menu. Content Lab automatically deletes the selected part from the transcript and removes the corresponding portion from the video.
